Mercy Connect is a not-for-profit organisation that provides a range of services for people living with a disability. As a work of the Institute of Sisters of Mercy of Australia and Papua New Guinea (ISMAPNG), Mercy Connect’s programs support participants to build skills and the capability to ensure they live a connected and meaningful life.
Mercy Connect’s website is the central hub and referral path. In order to build rapid awareness of the Mercy Connect brand and donation program, an omni-channel approach was required, with a focus on mobile as a primary source of delivery.
Consistency of user experience, functionality of online enrolment and ease of payment are fundamental features of the new website. Information is provided in a clear, concise, and digestible way to highlight the impact of donations and services are easily accessible by volunteers.
